 I shall explain a bit about why I designed this site and its intended purpose. 

  You see I adopted my dog at our local shelter and that got me started with building a website that deals with stateside adoptions.  I made this website about 6 years ago and so I just decided what a great idea it'd be to link up shelters, rescue organizations and such from around the globe on one site and so if anyone from one of those countries is looking for a pet, they go there and go to the country's page and click on a picture that they like, are taken to the shelter's site and can go from there.  And best of all it's totally free, no 'free trial" or "scam" or whatever.  Completely 100 % free. 

  I hope you find a life long friend and companion on this site and that you shall recommend it to anyone you know who's looking for a companion animal. 

 I will be updating these pages as often as I'm able to. I'm proud to say I've had this site up for almost 6 years now and it's thanks to all the wonderful organizations and shelters that have worked with me to allow me the privilege of listing their animals who are in need of a new home and if you don't see your country's page on here yet, rest assured that I am working on getting some shelters and rescue organizations from as many different countries as I am able to get. Also, please do visit the sites that I provide as link sources. They also provide some excellent information about pets and different foods for them as well as links for behavior information and such.
